The MTGCast network is the leading edge Podcast Network dedicated to the world of Magic the Gathering. We provide a variety of different shows for your enjoyment, covering a broad range of topics and interests. These topics range from Competitive Player to Casual Players, Humor and Comedy to News and Serious information, and everything in between. We provide every Magic player with something that they can enjoy, and continue to do so by the generous contributions of each podcast’s show hosts who provide the material, and by the sponsors of the website who help to pay the bills involved in operating this unique and large endeavor every day.

We are actively looking for sponsors to help fund the MTGCast Network, and to keep it operational for years to come. We are always looking at both expanding the network, as well as keeping the costs within reason to do so. At present, we have a few sponsors and also accept donations in order to keep this Network operational, and are looking to expand the advertising revenues for the website. To advertise on this website please email pitimp@mtgcast.com and otwellc@mtgcast.com with the subject line: MTGCast Sponsorship to discuss the options available. MTGCast is willing to provide advertising services to any number of advertisers. In the email, include which option(s) that you wish to discuss and negotiating over. For a small negotiable monthly fee, we will provide the following sponsorship advertising options on a monthly contractual basis:
Option 1:
- A static Image advertisement and link on main MTGCast.com front page, along the right pane
- Verbal or audio mention at start of the Monday Night Magic podcast, or on the Men of Magic podcast
- Price — Between $20 to $50 per month, depending on the size and location of the advertisement
Option 2:
- Everything included in Option #1
- Image advertisement and link on main MTGCast.com front page, along the right portion of the top banner next to the primary MTGCast Logo banner
- Price — Between $20 to $50 per month, depending on the size and exact location of the advertisement image.
Option 3:
- Everything included in Option #1
- An active Flash based image advertisement and link on main MTGCast.com front page, along the right pane
- Price — Between $100 and $150 per month, depending on the location and size of the Flash based image advertisement
Option 4:
- A 15 to 30 second audio advertisement manually appended onto the Start of the Monday Night Magic podcast, custom created for you and matching the target audience that you are trying to reach, along with being mentioned in the normal list of supporting advertisers for the MTGCast Network.
- This advertisement option does not apply to any Video based podcasts at this time.
- Advertiser must sign a minimum 6-month contract for this advertising agreement.
- Price — This option is available for $100 per month for the MTGCast Flagship Podcast, Monday Night Magic, only.
Option 5:
- A 15 to 30 second advertisement appended to the Start of EVERY Podcast hosted by the MTGCast Network.
- This advertisement option does not apply to any video based podcasts or video streaming at this time.
- This option includes everything listed in Option #4.
- Includes everything in Option #4.
- Advertiser must sign a minimum 6-month contract for this advertising agreement.
- Price — This option is available for $200 per month as an advertising fee.
- Optional Price Adjustment — If 3 or more advertisers are simultaneously signed up for advertisement option at the same time, then MTGCast will produce a rotational schedule to reduce the flooding of the advertising on the MTGCast Network, along with a temporary reduction in the advertising fee to $150 per month.
Each available option has a progressively increased expense involved with it. Note for the graphic images, we are not graphics artists and will require the person purchasing the advertisement space to provide the images used. For the 15 to 30 second audio insert advertisements, Christopher E Otwell, and/or Tom Gustafson, and/or someone designated by Chris or Tom will help with the production of this audio segment in order to maximize the production quality and portability of the advertisement.
