Suppose your first three cards are Island, Island, Merfolk Looter. Are there any four additional cards that make you mulligan that hand?

Island, Island, Island, Island.
Even then, it’s a fairly close hand, but you just can’t run the risk of having absolutely nothing should your opponent kill your looter. I’d still mulligan Island, Island, Island, and my other color land as well.
