Brad Zarn, Twin Cities, Minnesota How did you become interested in classic in the first place? I’ve been playing Magic since 1994, so I am drawn to the nostalgia older cards. I played a lot of paper Vintage prior to being introduced to MTGO. Classic was immediately my format of choice. I’ve enjoyed it’s evolution towards Vintage as all of the sets have come online. The Classic community is great. I’ve met many mature players with family schedules like myself. If you could play any classic deck what would it be? Anything with 4 mysticals, 4 emrakuls, and channel. What is your favorite MTGO accomplishment whether it relates to tournament play, deck innovation or community involvement? Making the top 8 of QT #1 is right up there. It was a blast to participate in with all of the competitive decks, good players, and great coverage. I also take pride in my involvement in firing many of the Classic DEs this year. It has been challenging, though satisfying to see some success. In the process, I’ve also made a lot of good connections with other players who are passionate about the format. ________________________________________ Classic Challenges!
