Hey there. I just wanted to point out an obvious use for a card you mentioned in podcast #110. Namely, The 4/3 W/U flier that allows people who damage it to draw cards. If I had that card in play with Pestilence, what would happen? Every time I tapped a black mana I would deal 1 damage to myself, my opponents, all creatures in play except my 4/3 flier, and DRAW A CARD. This is just an example of how the ability which you immediately saw as a drawback could easily be turned to your favor.
The only other comment I have is that if the people you play against quit when you play a counterspell, they shouldn’t be playing Magic. Period.
