The spread of COVID-19 has hit Magic and, like it has hit everything, it hit Magic HARD. All the upcoming MagicFests have been canceled. All the upcoming SCG events have been canceled. The MNM crew gets serious and goes over all these things and tries to give some perspective on what's going on in the world. This whole global pandemic thing is a big, world-altering event and it's important that we're all on the same page.
And also, we have new products that were announced! First up is Signature Spellbook: Chandra, which is sure to be HOT! Then we have From the Vault: Fetchlands...hang on that's not what it's called. The Secret Lair: Ultimate Edition is essentially a rebranded From the Vault release, injecting some cash into local game stores. We'll discuss who this product is and isn't good for. And that's it.
It looks like the lack of tournaments will probably mean that Monday Night Magic becomes a little more irregular for the foreseeable future. Keep an eye on social media for updates about whether or not we'll be doing a show any given week!
